About us

I have been involved in sports from a early age, in 1998 at the age of 18, I won the World Junior Kayak Marathon championships in south Africa, it was during this time i developed a interest in sports injury's and started my journey of development. I always wanted to be a physiotherapist, and stared my career in personal training were i was able to learn anatomy and biomechanics, from here i started to specialise in rehabilitation where i worked in head injury rehabilitation, whilst raining to become a sports therapist doing sports massage along the way, I soon started to work with local sports teams developing my clinical knowledge and palpation skills. I found i was able to work well with younger patients and started working in the NHS in paediatric rehabilitation, still wanting to become a physio therapist, i started looking a degree courses, and i was introduced to osteopathy, instantly relating the Principles "that the wellbeing of an individual depends on their bones, muscles, ligaments and connective tissue functioning smoothly together" i enrolled in the College of osteopath degree where i developed my skills and knowledge, Graduating in 2024 B.Ost Osteopathy (Hons)
